Using an e-invoicing web portal for onboarding success

The biggest challenge when it comes to e-invoicing is onboarding your trading partners. This is especially the case when onboarding partners that are new to e-invoicing. Without successful onboarding of your partners you won’t achieve the savings you’ve expecting from e-invoicing.

How to address the challenge

You need to think about what your partners are prepared to take on. Some of your partners won’t have an e-invoicing solution ready so providing an option is important. A great way to do this is to provide a web portal solution to your partners. This allows them to send and receive e-invoices simply using a web browser.
