About the role

We’re seeking a Customer Engagement & Product Growth Associate for a short-term casual role. You’ll engage with existing customers on our Colladium platform, helping them explore additional features and services that can enhance their trading processes and business interactions. 

  • Reaching out to existing Colladium users to discuss their current setup and identify areas for improvement or expansion. 
  • Educating customers on additional Colladium features, upgrades, and complimentary products. 
  • Helping businesses understand how Colladium can streamline their processes and add value to their trading operations. 
  • Logging conversations, insights, and outcomes in our CRM tools. 
  • Working closely with the sales teams to support customer success. 

 

Who we’re looking for

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging phone manner. 
  • Motivated, proactive, and keen to learn quickly. 
  • Interest in business technology, digital platforms, or B2B systems. 
  • Ability to understand customer needs and explain solutions clearly. 
  • Organised and reliable, able to keep notes and follow processes. 
  • A positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to take initiative.
