About the role
We’re seeking a Customer Engagement & Product Growth Associate for a short-term casual role. You’ll engage with existing customers on our Colladium platform, helping them explore additional features and services that can enhance their trading processes and business interactions.
- Reaching out to existing Colladium users to discuss their current setup and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
- Educating customers on additional Colladium features, upgrades, and complimentary products.
- Helping businesses understand how Colladium can streamline their processes and add value to their trading operations.
- Logging conversations, insights, and outcomes in our CRM tools.
- Working closely with the sales teams to support customer success.
Who we’re looking for
